CONFINED SPACE ENTRY TRAINING IN KELOWNA & BRITISH COLUMBIA

Confined Space Entrant & Attendant training & certification is 7 hours in duration depending on the number of students. This program is certified through 3M | Safety Training. and currently has a 3 year expiry as per industry standards/regulations. This program is applicable to anyone working in and around confined spaces or restricted spaces. 

Understanding and controlling the hazards provides workers with an ability to safely enter these environments. This one-day program will teach participants to safely identify, assess, monitor and enter these locations. This program also covers hazard identification, risk assessment. classification of spaces, atmospheric testing and monitoring, control measures, permitting/planning and emergency response requirements.

Upon theory and practical written exercises,  students are required to write a final exam which has a minimum pass mark of 75%. Students will receive a temporary certificate upon completion which is valid for 30 days. A permanent card will be mailed out and received within 30 days. Certification is valid throughout British Columbia & Canada.

For those companies or organizations that do not have the required classroom facilities we can make arrangements with one of of hotel partners. Additional costs will apply for this service where and when required.
